Sara Forbes
Founder
Sara Forbes founded KaroTech Consulting in 2017 with the desire to support the small and medium business space in Canada and a dream for a flexible work environment. She's passionate about user adoption, simplifying processes, and identifying where technology can make work better. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Certificate in Business Analysis, and 5 Salesforce certifications (and growing).
In her free time, Sara loves a good walk out in nature, board game nights, and meeting friends at the local pool hall. She has a gorgeous tortoiseshell kitty Lily who sometimes makes appearances in virtual meetings.
Mark Regis
Operations Assistant
Mark is a long-term professional with well over a decade of experience in client and data management. He is currently a mature student at the University of Toronto Mississauga in a combined degree program in Sociology and Cultural Anthropology. He is an avid reader, a lover of horror films and tabletop role playing games.

Aine is a 6x certified Salesforce professional that has been consulting in the Salesforce ecosphere for over 8 years. After many years working on large scale implementations, Aine found her niche was in the SMB space where a positive impact can be made quickly.
Outside of work, Aine can be found on the beach in the south of Ireland or exploring a new town.
Andrew McCullough
Senior Salesforce Consultant
Andrew first started working with Salesforce as an end-user in the non-profit sector and quickly moved in to performing many administrative functions. Six years later he joined KaroTech as a consultant where he can fulfill his passion for problem solving, implementing automation, process improvement, and working with data all in the name of creating powerful user experiences. Andrew takes every opportunity he can to be outside whether it’s golfing, fishing, hiking, or playing with his kids – rain, shine, or snow!
Hilary Ellis
Senior Salesforce Consultant
Hilary is a 4 x certified Salesforce professional that has been consulting on the Salesforce Platform since 2018. Originally trained as a Chartered Accountant, with many years of working in an Information Technology role supporting ERP and finance systems, Hilary has a well-rounded view of enterprise business systems and an appreciation of how data should flow between Salesforce and external systems. At Karotech, Hilary enjoys working with clients across a variety of diverse industries, helping them achieve their unique business processes within Salesforce. She loves automating processes for her clients and utilizing Salesforce core features and best practices. Outside of work, Hilary keeps very busy running a family of 4, and enjoying the activities that living in the mountains of BC has to offer, such as skiing, swimming, camping and hiking.
Serena Li
Senior Salesforce Consultant
With over six years of dedicated experience in Salesforce, Serena brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Having previously worked with one of the largest technology consulting companies, she has honed her skills in implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions. Holding eight Salesforce certifications and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Serena is committed to delivering top-notch results.
Beyond the world of Salesforce, she finds joy in culinary adventures, loving the art of cooking and reflecting a creative spirit that extends beyond the digital domain. She also embraces the outdoors, finding comfort and inspiration in nature. This well-rounded approach, blending technical skill with diverse interests, defines Serena's commitment to excellence and innovation in the Salesforce consulting field.
